テニス不足もっとテニスしたいけど、やりすぎると疲れて他のことに支障がでます。なんてことを考えることがなかったあの頃が懐かしいなぁ

よっし～

今日はサークルの日

今さらながらブログに挑戦。
まずは練習ということで、今日の活動を書いてみよう。

もともと11時からの予定だったのだが、なんと一昨日別のコートで
9時から取れたと連絡があった。
で、行ってみると朝早いせいか集まったのは3人だけ。

3人で存分に楽しみ、使用終了時刻より20分ほど早く終わらせ、
11時からのコートへ移動。
ここでは2面で8人だったが、相変わらず練習メニューのようなものもなく、
適当に打ってダブルスやって終わり。

今日は全体的にいつもより調子が良かった。
(ボレー以外は・・・)
しばらく7～8割はダブルフォルトしてたのだが、今日は2割以下だったと思う。
ただし、いつものパターンだと明日のスクールではまた元に戻りそうな気がする。

ショックなことに来月はコートが確保できなかったらしい。
なので、当分はスクールの活動記録になりそう。

なんかこのブログ、長く続かない気がするなぁ・・・
